Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from snugglebugsboutique.com. You may return any item that has not been worn with receipt and tags attached in original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
We do not refund shipping charges.

*No returns or refunds on Special Orders or Personalized Items.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Shipping Procedures
Shipping time is on average 7 business days unless personalization is required, or otherwise noted. If at any time you would like to check the status of your order, please feel free to contact us via telephone or email.

Please allow one to two weeks for delivery.

Designer bedding may take up to 6 weeks as it is custom made. All orders over $100.00 receive free shipping in the United States. Some of our products come directly from designers and suppliers. The method of shipping used is based on their discressions. If you need expidited shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and for an additional charge, that can be arranged.
